## Employee mobile application
This Privacy Policy also applies to the Collectible Classics employee mobile application and its connected services, operated by Collectible Classics LLC. The app supports dealership operations and requires an account provided and managed by the company. Access to business information is controlled through account roles and permissions.
Depending on the features used, we collect and process employee account information, including names, email addresses, phone numbers, user identifiers, and assigned roles; customer contact details and addresses; vehicle, purchase, sale, and financial records; and comments, notes, signatures, and dealership documents. Connected paperwork and signing pages may also collect identity documents, vehicle photos or videos, and bank account or payment information needed for the relevant transaction. Information may be provided by employees, company administrators, or customers through these workflows. We also collect device information, push notification tokens, and records of app interactions and workflow actions. This information may be associated with the relevant employee account or customer record.
We use this information to authenticate users, enforce access permissions, manage deals and customer records, complete paperwork, coordinate transactions, deliver operational notifications, and maintain reliable and secure services. Authorized company personnel may access information according to their responsibilities.
